The PostShop has always gone hand-in-hand with great service. That's not the 'scripted' idea of customer service; rather its service with a smile, where you build genuine relationships with people you will see time and time again.
The way you mix personal and friendly service with professional insightful help, as well as your excellent cash handling and computer skills, will be what makes you a very successful Customer Services Officer. You will be the vital front-line link between our customers and our extensive range of products and services in a Kiwibank/New Zealand Post branch where you can feel the heartbeat of your community.
Kiwibank/New Zealand Post provides a comprehensive training programme, which takes place during the week. Please note you will ideally need to be available full-time for at least the first three to four weeks during the week to complete your training.
With your training, inquisitiveness, and natural desire to understand a customer's needs, you will know exactly which of our broad range of products and services is needed to give a truly superior experience every time.
We have always been and still are, proud to be Kiwi and Kiwi owned. This is an excellent opportunity for you to join one of New Zealand's most trusted names. In return, we promise you a supportive and helpful environment with a remuneration package that rewards you for your efforts, provides benefits and plenty of career opportunities.
The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 12.30pm to 4.30pm, totaling 20 hours per week.
All applicants will be required to provide proof of their eligibility to work in New Zealand. Appointees will be subject to a security and credit check.
Application closes Sunday 7 October 2018 at 5.00pm.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
