Full-time, Mon - Fri 8am - 4.30pm

We are looking for an experienced engineer/technician that can help us establish and manage a condition-based monitoring programme in our maintenance team.  You will pro-actively contribute to the successful reliability of the plant to ensure that we can minimize downtime and meet our production KPIs, all while keeping safety and quality front of mind!

This is a great opportunity for someone with initiative and ideas to really take the reins and make the improvements that are necessary to take reliability to the next level.  With the support of the Maintenance department you will strive for better.

You will:

  • Monitor the condition of current site assets, suggesting corrective actions when needed
  • Implement procedures with other team members to ensure that the life of the asset is preserved
  • Pro-actively educate and upskill other departments on the importance of reliability and condition monitoring, offering support where necessary
  • Document and update SOP's
  • Analyze data to produce useful reports
  • Contribute to continuous improvement with your positive and pro=active approach
