Do you enjoy making someone's day?  This can be done by making sure that a customer can locate what they want with ease.  Our Balclutha store, is looking for an Availability 2IC to help lead our fill teams to make sure that customers can easily find what they are looking for from our great selection of quality merchandise.

Reporting to the Availability Manager, you will work closely with them to oversee a team of dedicated, hard working people, ensuring their work is of the highest standard. You will be accountable for the nights when the Availability Manager and Availability 2IC are away.  Because of this, you will be expected to work some Nightshift between the hours of 10pm and 6am.  You will be responsible for stock availability as well as a high proportion of the merchandising at a time when it has the least impact of our customers.

some of the areas in our stores have a planogram to follow so your excellent attention to detail and ability to follow the manager's trading plan is important.  You'll ensure product is priced and that promotions are clearly ticketed and have the right signage, and that the store is clean and tidy.  Working well as part of a team and by yourself is crucial to getting the store 'customer ready' in the short space of time before it re-opens in the morning and your focus on results and strong time management skills will help to ensure this.  As the role may require some heavy lifting you will also be physically fit.

  • Be a confident leader/supervisor with prove experience

This is a part time role working Monday 5pm - 12am and Sunday 3pm - 12am.
