We need an Office Administrator to join our Water Team based in Balclutha. As an Office Administrator you will effectively, efficiently and proactively carry out the administration required to support the water/wastewater and water treatment contracts. This includes compiling information for the contract claim, accounts receivable, accounts payable and other general administration.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have administration and accounts experience in the contracting environment, and experience using various computer systems. You must have outstanding communication skills with the ability to work with a variety of people and under pressure. You must have the ability to work independently as well as part of the wider Clutha team.
