As this is a Sole Charge position we require an experienced administrator who has preferably had experience in MYOB Accounting and Payroll systems and is comfortable working alone the majority of the time.

Assisting our Managing Director and other Managers and Staff in our small team is an important part of this role.

Keeping Training Records, Vehicle Registrations and other Certifications required for our Industry current are an important part of this position along with Health & Safety Management practices.

As Secretary to a Charitable Trust it will be necessary to attend Meetings periodically and take control of all administration for this Trust.

The hours of work will be 9.00am to 3pm Monday to Friday.

A Company Vehicle will be available for Company Business.
