Citycare is happy to announce we are the preferred contractor for the 3 Waters and Water Treatment contract in Clutha District, with work due to start of 1 July 2019.
3 Waters Manager, Clutha Branch
We're looking for a talented 3 Waters Manager to steer our Clutha Branch and lead 20 staff within the Clutha Water Team.
As 3 Waters Manager you will be a dynamic and innovative leader, responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with the client and management of the maintenance contracts. This includes development, implementation and maintenance of the systems required to deliver the contract obligations and overseeing the daily operations to ensure the branch is effective and profitable.
This role will also take responsibility for business growth, key account and strategic business management within the Clutha region through proactively seeking new contracts/projects and exploring innovative opportunities for future works.
Skills and Experience
We are seeking someone who has proven experience in empowering staff and steering a specialist business to a successful future.
You will possess the ability to relate to a wide variety of people; from field staff to executives; and a strong desire to get the best out of people. A passion for delivering quality service to clients and ensuring everyone goes home safely at the end of the day is non-negotiable.
In addition, you will have previous experience in the infrastructure industry and most likely hold a relevant qualification in engineering. You will have proven experience in growing a business, key account management, and the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
